Due to the age limit of 24 years in this class, Freddy Foray returned for the 2009 season to the French Superbike Championship, where he raced on an official Suzuki GSX-R 1000 k9 of Suzuki France. He became 3rd in the Championship.
For the prestigious Bol d'Or 2009, Freddy got the opportunity to replace Barry Veneman on the n° 1 SERT bike. They won this prestigious 24h race.
For the 2010 season, Freddy is - besides Guillaume Dietrich and Vincent Philippe - one of the official SUZUKI Endurance Racing Team (SERT) riders, with as only target taking the World Title Endurance.
Beside this ambitious program, Freddy goes also for the French Superbike title, on an official GSX-R 1000 from SUZUKI France.

EYBIS with Siméon & Rea n° 1In 2009, EYBIS was helmet visor sponsor of the Belgian Xavier Siméon and the Englishman Gino Rea amongst others.
Xavier won with the official Ducati Xerox Junior Team the World Title in the Superstock 1000 class.
Gino, on his Ten Kate Honda, became European Champion Superstock 600.
