You can for example - very cheap (sometimes for less than 25 €) - fly with Ryanair from Bxl to Sevilla, which is situated at 90 km from the circuit.
From Bxl, you can also fly to Jerez International Airport.
Flying with Ryanair from Faro is ideal.

Most of our participants booked - as well in 2009, 2010 as in 2011 - in the 4-star Hotel Jupiter, on the basis of a 2-persons room. The hotel has a swimming pool (in open air, and which can be roofed in), a fitness room, a very maintained computer/internet room, free WIFI (in the lounge), etc.
Reception is open 24 / 24. Check in is possible from 2PM. Check-out has to be done before 12AM. Parking your car in a covered garage can be done at 10 € / day (to pay at check-in at the hotel).

You can enter the paddock from 7PM the evening before our event.
If you arrive earlier, you can wait on the parking next to the main entrance.
If it seems that this timing changes, it will be twittered so you will be informed immediately via your smarthphone. Follow us on Twitter!
The last day of our event, we have to leave the paddock at 7PM at the latest.
Both paddocks have electricity (fit a blue adaptor), showers and toilets (free).
There will be tire service available on both circuits which mounts and balances tire at 10 € per wheel if you disassemble and mount your wheels yourself; and 20 € per wheel if you simply bring your bike.

In both paddocks, there is no gas station. Foresee on or two jerrycans.
Pitboxes can be rented on the spot @ 100 € per day. They measure 12 x 6 m = 72 sqm.
Reservation in advance is not possible, but there are enough boxes.
The boxes are gigantic (7 X 18 meter).
You can have a pitbox FOR FREE, via our organisation.
This is arranged on the spot. Reservation in advance is not possible.
If you want a separate, own pitbox, it can be rented at 250 € / day.
VERY IMPORTANT: be sure to have your "European Health Insurance Card" (EHIC) with you. By showing this card, people know that - in the domain of health (and accident) insurance - you are completely covered in your own country, and that every country of the European Union has to give you all the care you need.
If you have never applied for this card at your health insurance, ask for it:
immediately;
if you wouldn't receive it in time, ask them to mail to you a "Preliminary proof in replacement of the European Health Insurance Card" (= 1 page, and this can be done immediately);
At all insurance companies, you can ask for a list of the "Dangerous sports" that are excluded from any intervention "urgent care abroad". In general, "car / motorcycle / outboard motor races" are part of this list. But as we don't "race", our activity is not excluded from any intervention. Check your insurance if this is correct, and if not, be sure to be insured (for possible hospitalisation costs).
If you have a license of your national motorcycle council to race on a circuit, be sure to bring it.

After market exhausts without dB-killers authorised.Technical inspection will be done at random.Everyone is responsible for the good condition of his/her own bike.pay special attention to the following :
General, mandatory briefing at 9.30 AM (JEREZ) and 8.30 AM (PORTIMAO) at the EYBIS pitbox.
Almost immediately after the briefing, we start the riding sessions on the circuit.
The Portuguese top photographers of TUGABIKERS - Miguel Flores and Bruno Brito - will be present at both events.
There is no restaurant in the paddock.
The nearest restaurant is at 500 m, and the nearest supermarket is at 7 km (open from 10 AM til 10 PM).
On Saturday evening - after the family tour on the circuit - we organise a free drink / apéro, with Rockstar Energy drink and beer.
There is a restaurant in the paddock (next to the swimming pool), that is open every day from 8 AM till 7 PM.
You can have a coffee or any other drink on the outdoor terrace, on the border of the pool, during the whole day.
A lunch costs between 10 and 15 €.
On friday and saturday evening - after the family tour on the circuit - we organize a free apéro, with Rockstar Energy drink and beer.
This event is one out of 10 BMW Motorrad Track Days that we organise this year in 7 countries.
Those events are open for all motorcycle brands, and are supported by the factory of BMW Motorrad in München.
As a participant of our event, you can book - on site - a test, for the cost price of 20 €.
Included are an insurance and the fuel for 1 session of 20' (in your own group, in stead of riding that session with you own bike).
