Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ LE MANS.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: due to the shift of the 24 hours of LE MANS to the week of our original date, our event was canceled this week by the management of the circuit.
Good news however: we have been able to agree on a new date with that same management.
The new date is Friday-Saturday 4-5 September 2020.
Due to the higher rental price charged to us on Saturday, the Saturday and the Saturday-Sunday will be 20 € more expensive.
ATTENTION: the noise is limited to 99 dB instead of the usual 102 dB.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can offer you the choice between the following 3 options:
The new date suits you
- In that case you don't have to do anything at all
- You are automatically registered for the new date
- Please bring the supplement of 20 € appropriate cash to the circuit (not applicable if you are only registered day 1)
The new date does not suit you
Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone;
- 1 registered day = 1 voucher
- 2 registered days = 2 vouchers
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Wednesday 1 July 2020 at the latest:

- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page"
Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you
