CALAFAT 2020 = cancelled!

Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ CALAFAT.
If you follow us on FACEBOOK you could read it already earlier: our event on the track of CALAFAT of Friday-Saturday-Sunday 4-5-6 April 2020 is hereby officially cancelled.
More INFO about "What we offer if an event is cancelled?"
As we can not propose an alternative date this year, we offer you - in accordance with the INFO button above - the choice between the following 2 options:
- Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers;
- If you choose this option, you do not have to do anything at all;;
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page" (the automation of which we are currently working on can take up to 2 weeks);
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone;
- Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you;
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Sunday March 29 at the latest:
- With subject
- Refund CALAFAT 2020
- With content
- Name + IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
- If we have not received a - correct and complete - e-mail from you by Sunday March 29th at the latest, we will automatically convert your registration amount into 100 % vouchers, which you will find in your "My page"; you will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page" (the automation of which we are currently working on can take up to 2 weeks);
