NOGARO 2020 = CANCELED!

Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ NOGARO.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: further to President Macron's speech of April 13, our event on the track of NOGARO of Saturday-Sunday 9-10 May 2020 is hereby officially cancelled.

As we can not propose an alternative date this year, we can offer you - in accordance with our terms and conditions - the choice between the following 2 options:
- Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers;
- If you choose this option, you do not have to do anything at all;;
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page";
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone;
- Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you;
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Tuesday April 21st at the latest:
- With subject
- Refund NOGARO 2020
- With content
- Name + IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
- If we have not received a - correct and complete - e-mail from you by Tuesday April 21st at the latest, we will automatically convert your registration amount into 100 % vouchers, which you will find in your "My page"; you will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page" (the automation of which we are currently working on can take up to 2 weeks);
