RED BULL RING 2020 = new date!

Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ RED BULL RING.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: our event on the RED BULL RING of Saturday-Sunday-Monday 11-12-13 July 2020 can't take place.
What was originally supposed to be an EYBIS event will now become a Formula 1 event.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can offer you the choice between the following 3 options:

1. Automatically registered for the new date
- The new date = Saturday-Sunday 20-21 June 2020
- The original date was Saturday-Sunday-Monday 11-12-13 July 2020, with registration options for:
- Saturday-Sunday-Monday
- 659 €
- Saturday-Sunday
- 469 €
- Sunday-Monday
- 429 €
- Saturday
- 249 €
- Sunday
- 249 €
- Monday
- 209 €
- If you were registered for:
- 1 DAY (Saturday or Sunday or Monday)
- you can choose which day of the new date you want to come
- there is no additional cost if - for example - you change from Monday to Sunday (which is more expensive)
- 2 DAYS (Saturday + Sunday, or Sunday + Monday)
- you can now only come Saturday + Sunday
- there is no additional cost for you if you were previously registered for Sunday + Monday, and now wish to come on Saturday + Sunday
- 3 DAYS (Saturday + Sunday + Monday)
- you can now choose Saturday + Sunday
- you will find in your "My page" a voucher of the balance (190 €), which can be used until 2023

2. Vouchers
Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers.
- Number of vouchers, if you were registered for:
- 1 day = 1 voucher
- 2 days = 2 vouchers
- 3 days = 3 vouchers
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone, with a maximum of 1 vouchen per booking;
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Sunday May 3th at the latest:

- Firstname NAME
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page"

3. Refund
Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Sunday May 3th at the latest:

- Name + IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
- If you choose this option, you will not have any recourse afterwards regarding the remaining 35 %;
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund has been done;

With 246 entries, our original date was fully booked, with participants from 9 countries:

So you are certainly not the only one who may be disappointed, we are no less.
We carry out the communication and administration regarding this date change in 4 languages:
- English
- French
- German
- Dutch
Nearly half of our original 18 events have now been canceled or moved.
We had sold more than 6.000 track days to more than 2.500 clients by the end of February.
Please understand that we need time to:
- negotiate everything with the different circuits
- to write out the respective communications in 4 languages
- the processing of all mail traffic that comes in to it
- the administrative, financial and accounting processing of everything
We work every day from morning to evening - including Saturdays - to get everything on the right track as quickly as possible, and we really hope to meet you again on track as soon as possible!
