Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ PAUL RICARD.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: our event @ PAUL RICARD of Monday 18 May 2020 can't take place.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can offer you the choice between the following 2 options:
1. Vouchers
Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into 2 vouchers.
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone, with a maximum of 1 voucher per booking;
- If you choose this option, you do not have to do anything at all;
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page"
2. Refund
Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Friday May 8th at the latest:
- With subject
- Refund PAUL RICARD 2020
- With as content
- Name + IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
- If you choose this option, you will not have any recourse afterwards regarding the remaining 35 %;
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund has been done;
