Some time ago you have booked one or more days @ the EYBIS event @ METTET from Saturday-Sunday-Monday 13-14-15 June 2020.

Our info / opinion / perception about the different borders:

  • Belgium
    • Opens its borders again on June 8, 2020
  • Germany
    • For now, Germany keep its borders closed until June 15, 2020 with:
      • France
      • Austria
      • Switzerland
    • The passage to Belgium should no longer be a problem, and that was confirmed to us by several Germans
  • The Netherlands
    • Dutch customers told us that they had already driven to Belgium by motorcycle last weekend, without any checks at the border
    • We have no further information
  • France
    • Does not open its borders until June 15, 2020, unless this would change before
    • As a Frenchman you currently risk not being able to reach our event
  • Switzerland
    • Does not open its borders until June 15, 2020, unless this would change before
    • As a Swiss you currently risk not being able to reach our event

As a French or Swiss citizen, it is therefore probably best to cancel your participation, unless you wish to take the risk.
Afterwards we can no longer accept cancellations, regardless of the reason.

We offer you the opportunity to cancel your participation until May 17, 2020.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can offer you the choice between the following 2 options:

Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers

  • Number of vouchers, if you were registered for:
    • 1 day = 1 voucher
    • 2 days = 2 vouchers
    • 3 days = 3 vouchers
  • These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone, with a maximum of 1 voucher per booking;
  • If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Sunday May 17th at the latest:
    • With subject
      • Vouchers METTET 2020
    • With content
      • Firstname NAME
      • GSM-n° with country code (for example: + 32 476 691 091)
  • You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page"

Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you

  • If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Sunday May 17th at the latest:
    • With subject
      • Refund METTET 2020
    • With as content
      • Firstname Name
      • IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
      • GSM-n° with country code (for example: + 32 476 691 091)
  • If you choose this option, you will not have any recourse afterwards regarding the remaining 35 %
  • You will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund has been done
