Overnight stay not possible!

Some time ago you have booked one or more days @ the EYBIS event @ METTET from Saturday-Sunday-Monday 13-14-15 June 2020.
As you could already see in our video on Saturday on our Facebook pagina, Circuit Mettet is the victim of new measures imposed by the government.
Summarised:

Spending the night in the paddock is not allowed
- If you wish, you can leave your bike and equipment in the paddock and return the next day
- The EYBIS team may and will - as the organiser and alone - spend the night in the paddock, and will (have to) close the large gate at 7 PM until 7 AM the next morning
- Officially, the hotels in Belgium are still closed at that time, but the hotel @ Charleroi Airport (35km) is said to be open, and the city of Aachen (in Germany, where the hotels are open) is 150 km away

Max. 20 bikes @ a time
- It is allowed to ride with a maximum of 20 bikes at the same time on track
- Previous timetable: 4 groups of 35 pilots who each had 6 sessions of 20 minutes riding time
- New timetable: 5 groups of 20 pilots, each with 5 sessions of 20 minutes riding time
- The total riding time on track decreases, and the price remains the same
Due to the changed circumstances, we can no longer offer you what you originally registered and paid for.
Hence EVERYONE has the possibility to cancel untill Friday May 22nd included.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can offer you the choice between the following 2 options:
Conversion of 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into vouchers
- Number of vouchers, if you were registered for:
- 1 day = 1 voucher
- 2 days = 2 vouchers
- 3 days = 3 vouchers
- These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone, with a maximum of 1 voucher per booking;
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Friday May 22nd at the latest:
- With subject
- Vouchers METTET 2020
- With content
- Firstname NAME
- GSM-n° with country code (for example: + 32 476 691 091)
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as these vouchers can be found in your "My page"
Refund of 65 % of the registration amount paid by you
- If you choose this option, please send an e-mail by Friday May 22nd at the latest:
- With subject
- Refund METTET 2020
- With as content
- Firstname Name
- IBAN from your account to which we may refund this
- GSM-n° with country code (for example: + 32 476 691 091)
- If you choose this option, you will not have any recourse afterwards regarding the remaining 35 %
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund has been done
