RED BULL RING 2020
Definitively canceled!
Dear {{firstname}},
Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ RED BULL RING.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: our event on the RED BULL RING of Saturday-Sunday-Monday 11-12-13 July 2020 can't take place.
What was originally supposed to be an EYBIS event will now become a Formula 1 event.
Last Saturday the news that the Austrian government had given the green light was already in the press.
Monday, June 1, the circuit was still unreachable as it was Pentecost (holiday).
On Tuesday June 2, the circuit communicated the news on their FB page.
The same day (night), we shared this news on our FB page.
Wednesday, June 3, we were finally informed by the circuit that the decision was indeed taken by the Austrian government this weekend:
- On June 5, the Formula 1 season starts in Austria on the Red Bull Ring, with the "Formula 1 Rolex Grand Prix of Austria 2020"
- On June 12, for the first time in F1 history, an F1 race will be held on the same circuit for a second consecutive weekend. It will be the "Formula 1 Pirelli Grand Prix Steiermark 2020"
In accordance with our terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Belgian Ministerial Decree of 19 March 2020, we have converted 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into voucher(s).
- 1 registered day = 1 voucher
- 2 registered days = 2 vouchers
- 3 registered days = 3 vouchers
These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone.
You can find the voucher(s) in your "My page" from now on.
