Definitively canceled!
Dear {{firstname}},
Some time ago you have booked the EYBIS event @ MAGNY-COURS.
Both on the 1. HOMEPAGE of our WEBSITE and on our 2. FACEBOOK PAGE, you could read it already earlier: our event @ MAGNY-COURS of Saturday-Sunday-Monday 22-23-24 August 2020 was sadly canceled by the track, and can not take place this year, for the first time since 2007 (!).
What was originally supposed to be an EYBIS event will now become a "Fun Racing Cars" event.
This race weekend was normally supposed to take place earlier this year, but was moved due to the Corona crisis.
Each track contractually reserves the right to cancel - without compensation - a planned event (as is the case with us), and replace it with - for example - a competition and / or public event, which always has priority over - for example - free riding without public.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Belgian Ministerial Decree of 19 March 2020, we have converted 100 % of the registration amount paid by you into voucher(s).
- 1 registered day = 1 voucher
- 2 registered days = 2 vouchers
- 3 registered days = 3 vouchers
These vouchers are valid through 2023 and can be used by anyone.
You can find the voucher(s) in your "My page" from now on.
