We have created a second Whatsapp Group - which we call from now on the "CHAT BOX" - in which all participants can post.

This group is mainly intended to ask each other questions (and give each other answers) about a spare part you need, a certain INFO that you cannot find on the website (even if it is indeed there ;-), etc.

People who abuse this group or make inappropriate posts will be removed and blocked.
If the group would be massively abused and miss its target, the group will be deactivated by the organisation.

There will be no official information or communication posted in this Group.

The organisation is not a member of this groupo and will therefore not answer any questions.

It is not necessary to join this group, but it can be fun and sometimes even useful. You can leave this group at all times.

Best Lap Results

Only standard exhausts and replacement exhausts with a CE certificate and a dB-killer are permitted. "Free-flow" exhaust systems are not allowed. If you comply with these rules, you should normally not cause any noise nuisance. The circuit will carry out random noise measurements. Supermotards such as the Ducati Hypermotard, BMW HP2, KTM Supermoto, etc. are not permitted on the circuit.

If the average noise level per hour exceeds 73 dB, the circuit reserves the right to suspend driving activities, either temporarily or permanently. An excessively loud engine therefore puts everyone's track time at risk. In accordance with the principle of solidarity, everyone not riding with a standard exhaust is obliged to fit a dB-killer. Open-flow exhausts are not permitted.

Regulations Misano World Circuit

Everybody is responsible for the good state of his motorcycle and riders outfit.

Pay special attention to the following:

• Motorcycle

• brakes
• tyres
• chain tension
• absence of oil leaks (check crankcase and front fork)
• standard exhaust or replacement exhaust with CE certificate and dB-killer

• Riders outfit

• motorcycle boots
• leather motorcycle gloves
• good fitted full face helmet
• back protector
• leather suit (one-piece is recommended, two-piece is tolerated if both pieces are firmly zipped together)

The technical inspection will be done at random.

Each participant rides in one of the three groups and has 6 sessions of 20 minutes of free riding per day.

Optionally, participants may choose to ride 2 additional sessions of 30 minutes between 16:00 and 18:00. These can be booked at the EYBIS Box, with immediate payment by credit card (€80 for 2 x 30 minutes of additional track time).

For this, we will work in 2 groups.

GROUP 1

• The very fast group is primarily intended for the real racers who lap in 1:50 or faster.

GROUP 2

• All non-racers or riders lapping slower than 1:50 belong in the second group.

MISANO CIRCUIT

Due to the very large event taking place on 1-2-3 May 2026 at the Misano World Circuit, we are starting Sunday evening with only 14 available pitboxes, of which we have received the numbers. During Monday (possibly from early morning), more pitboxes will become available. Everyone who has booked and paid online for a pitbox or a spot in a pitbox has been assigned a pitbox or a spot in a pitbox. Below is the Pitbox Plan as we will start our event on Sunday evening.

Cancellations / Waiting lists

• 80 % of our events are 1 upto 3 months in advance sold out;
• We don't use waiting lists for those who were too late to book, who would like to have a chance to buy a place from someone who cancels his participation;
• But - for events which are already fully booked - each cancellation of a place, is immediately communicated on our Facebook page;
• This means that everybody who has liked our FB page, will immediately be informed about new free places;

Short "instant info" will be communicated only via our Facebook page, as for example:

• The practical information from an event which went online minutes ago, or just has been completed;
• Access to the paddock is possible from now on (if earlier than planned);
• There are 2 cancellations for fully booked event X, in group Y or Z;
